Director (Social and Environment) (Maximum age 55 years)
Pay Rs. 350,000/- plus annual increment @5% (In case of contract employee) or pay and allowances of BS-19+ incentive allowance as per FD letter No. FD.SR-1/9-10/2019 dated 31st Dec 2019 issued from time to time as per Government Policy (in case of appointment of Government Employee)
Qualification: M.Sc. degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Social Sciences from an HEC recognized University.
Experience:
- Should have relevant experience of 15 years in handling Social Environment issues related to the project.
- Should be computer literate have experience with computer software i.e. MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Should be capable of understanding and implementing IEE, ELA, EMP, EMMP, and preparation and implementation of Resettlement plans.
- Should have experience in handling the environmental aspects of Mega Projects executed under FIDIC / ADB/ World Bank conditions and guidelines.
- Be fully aware of all laws, rules/regulations issued by environmental protection agencies EPA-Pakistan) and all other related international agencies’ guidelines pertaining to the environment and resettlement.
- Should be capable of settling public complaints related to environment and social issues.
