Position:

IT Officer

Responsibilities:

  1. Desktop Support: The candidate should have experience in providing desktop support, addressing end-user issues, and offering technical guidance.
  2. L2 Network and WLAN: Proficiency in handling L2 Network and WLAN-related tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient network infrastructure.
  3. Troubleshooting Skills: The candidate must possess the skills to troubleshoot end-user problems effectively.
  4. Qualification: The ideal candidate should be a graduate in Computer Science from the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan’s H.R Department.
  5. Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in IT support.
  6. Linux Familiarity: Familiarity with Linux operating systems is desirable.
  7. Video Conferencing: Hands-on experience with video conferencing tools is preferred.
