The job requirements for the available positions are as follows:

Assistant (BPS-15):

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in computer skills

Lower Division Clerk (BS-09):

  • Must have passed Matriculation with 2nd Division from a recognized University or Board
  • Candidates who pass the screening test will be required to take a separate Skill Test in typing at a speed of 30 words per minute
  • Age limit: 18 to 25 years old with 5 years of general age relaxation

Upper Division Clerk (BS-11):

  • Must have passed Intermediate with 2nd Division from a recognized University or Board
  • Age limit: 18 to 25 years old with 5 years of general age relaxation
