Available Positions:

  • Assistant Manager
    • Law Graduate preferably Diploma in Labor Administration/Industrial Relations. 5-10 years experience in any IR & Legal environment, familiar with labor laws.
    • Proceedings of department Superior courts/tribunals, NIRC, and Superior Courts Candidates should draft show cause notices, other discipline-related activities, and conduct en queries.
      • They should be able to handle union matters. Should have complete knowledge of EOBI, SESSI, and other complaints. Should have excellent communication skills proficient in MS Office, and MS Outlook PowerPoint presentation. Must be in the age group of 25-45ygrs.
  • HR executive
    • Law Graduate preferably Masters in HR Certification in Labour Laws/Industrial
    • Relations wean added advantage.
    • 3-5 years of experience for HR Jobs 2022 in Industrial Relations in any IR & Legal environment with knowledge of prevailing labor laws. Candidates should raft show-cause notices, other discipline-related activb6s, and conduct en queries.
    • Candidates should have excellent communication skills. Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook &PowerPoint presentation should have excellent communication skills, replant in MS Office, MS Outlook & PowerPoint presentation must be in the age group of 25-35 years.
  • IR Legal Officer
    • Graduate preferably Masters in HR or Certification in Labor Laws/industrial relations will be an added advantage. 2-3 years experience in any IR & Legal Environment with knowledge of Labor Laws. Should have excellent communication skills, proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook & MS Outlook & PowerPoint presentation.
    • Must be in an age group of 25-35 years.
